Christie has worked for many years on the staff of the Banff Mountain Film and Book Festival, one of the world's premiere adventure events, as well as at the Banff World Media Festival and a handful of other major events in the Bow Valley. She has organized seminars, curated films, written content, coordinated logistics, supported visiting VIPs, and helped secure programming and sponsorship.
